This easy-to-use resource, to support the WIOA evaluation requirements, includes an updated comprehensive toolkit to help you plan and prepare to conduct program evaluations. Revised in late 2019, the toolkit guides state workforce agency (SWA) program administrators and evaluation managers through the evaluation process. The Evaluation Toolkit for WIOA programs covers evaluation fundamentals and expectations for SWA program management efforts. Taking a broad perspective on evaluation, the toolkit offers key highlights, evaluation and research planning tips, and sources for relevant workforce evaluations and research studies. The toolkit also provides further resources and references as well as examples of useful tools.
